Out and about, that's the ticket.

I had coffee with a friend of mine from out of town today. She was in town for a doctor's appointment, so we met for coffee. Naturally, Ms. Maggie went with me and had a great time. Since I was on the north east side of town, I stopped and grabbed P for lunch. I rarely get to that end of town, so it was a nice surprise.

Other than that, I watched a program called "The Day The Towers Fell". It was very, very touching. It was comprised of personal interviews of people that photographed that day. And, if I was watching tv, I was knitting. This time the project of choice was the shrug, which is very close to being finished, it looks like. I think I'll pop in a few movies this evening and finish it up. (for some reason, I knit faster when watching movies?)

After my hectic day yesterday....it was nice to have a quiet day today.

I just noticed something...I actually started my blog post at 9.27 this morning, got distracted, removed what I had typed, changed it, added more and actually published about 3pm? I really should start turning off my computer when I get up from it!
